Designed by Michaelis Boyd and developed by JCS Realty, the structure yields 99 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 60 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $126,412 to $238,160.

Amenities include a coworking lounge, music listening room, cellar lounge, fitness center, common courtyard, rooftop terrace, attended lobby, bicycle storage, package room, and on-site parking. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove and heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are seven studios with a monthly rent of $3,543 for incomes ranging from $126,412 to $176,410; eight one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,784 for incomes ranging from $135,360 to $198,510; and 15 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,518 for incomes ranging from $162,446 to $238,160.
