Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 3601 15th Avenue in Borough Park, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Dahill Road and 15th Avenue, the lot is near the Church Avenue subway station, served by the F and G trains. Chaim Wiesenfeld of City Wide Builder Group Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 13,161 square feet, with 12,865 square feet designated for community facility space and 296 square feet for residential space. The building will have one residence, with the majority of the building being used for a daycare. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.

Bahram Tehrani of BTE Design Services is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in February 2025 for the single-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
