Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 4613 15th Avenue in Borough Park, Brooklyn. Located between 46th Street and 47th Street, the lot is near the 18th Avenue subway station, served by the F train. Josh Rubenstein is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 15,310 square feet, with 10,110 square feet designated for residential space and 5,200 square feet for community facility space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,011 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, two rooftop terraces, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Alfred Mierzejewski of Alfred Architecture PLLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed last month for the three-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
