Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 471 Liberty Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Miller Avenue and Bradford Street, the lot is near the Liberty Avenue subway station, served by the A and C trains and Van Siclen Avenue station, served by the J and Z trains. Eliazar Aboksis is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 9,749 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 696 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 36-foot-long rear yard.
Lester Katz, NCARB is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
