Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 404 West 50th Street in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. Located between Ninth and Tenth Avenues, the lot is one block west of the 50th Street subway station, served by the C and E trains. Benjamin Braka and 771 Ninth Property LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 15,103 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 18 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 839 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 33-foot-long rear yard.
Bojidar Kadiev Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
