Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 633 Wales Avenue in Longwood, The Bronx. Located between East 151st Street and East 152nd Street, the lot is two blocks from the Jackson Avenue subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Israel Tishler of Revamp NYC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 73-foot-tall development will yield 24,387 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 47 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 518 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 21-foot-long rear yard.
Mohammad Ahead – PE, PLLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the parking lot on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
