Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 201 Bay 13th Street in Bath Beach, Brooklyn. Located between Cropsey Avenue and Bath Avenue, the lot is near the 20th Avenue subway station, served by the D train. Tracy McCormick of Jonico Construction is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 30-foot-tall development will yield 8,436 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,406 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have five open parking spaces.
Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in March for the residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
