Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1100 Greene Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Bushwick Avenue and Goodwin Place, the lot is a few blocks from the Gates Avenue subway station, served by the J and Z trains. Rajvir Dahiya is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 62-foot-tall development will yield 18,270 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 34 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 537 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a 33-foot-long rear yard.

Chi Wai Chung of Prime Zone Building Consulting is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in June 2024 for the three-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Sounds like a reputable architect…

    • What does a irreputable architect sound like?

      • Rule of thumb is a serious architect with any dignity would work at an outfit called Prime Zone Building Consulting.

Would you see an optometrist at Prime Zone Eyes ‘n More?

You can expect a grotesque pile of garbage that looks like it was designed by a child here guaranteed.

        • True Brooklynites behind this project.
Im guessing they grew up in the neighborhood.
