Construction is nearing completion on The Greyson, a 29-story residential tower at 25 Cottage Street in Jersey City, New Jersey. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Nasser Freres, the building will offer 622 rental units in studio to three-bedroom layouts. The project was formerly known as The Cottage and is located between Summit Avenue and John F. Kennedy Boulevard.
The structure features a glass serrated-edge façade designed to create bay windows and maximize waterfront and Manhattan views. Amenities include a spa with steam and sauna rooms, coworking and content creation spaces, a speakeasy, bowling alley, children’s playroom, pet spa, and an art gallery. The rooftop Sky Deck, landscaped by Melillo Bauer Carman, will feature a swimming pool with panoramic views of the skyline.
Located on Homestead Place, a new pedestrian plaza connecting Pavonia and Newark Avenues, The Greyson is two blocks from the Journal Square PATH station. Additional transit options include NJ Transit trains.
Leasing is expected to launch in early 2026.
