Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 11 East 115th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. Located between Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue, the lot is near the 116th Street subway station, served by the 6 train. Bardhok Kodra of Kodra Construction Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 104-foot-tall development will yield 75,349 square feet, with 63,543 square feet designated for residential space and 11,805 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 96 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 661 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, 19 enclosed parking spaces, and 17 enclosed parking spaces.
Jakov Saric of Node Architecture, Engineering, Consulting is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the parking lot on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
