Developed by Christian Pompa of Caro Enterprises, the structure yields eight residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $135,978 to $189,540.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, a shared laundry room, elevator, and a virtual doorman. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove, hot water, and heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,700 for incomes ranging from $135,978 to $189,540.
