  2. This unit itself is shockingly not attractive on the inside…the exterior wall geometry is too awkward for a penthouse

  4. It’s a beautiful development but a half mile to the nearest subway. I’m not sure how that qualifies as “near” relative to most of Manhattan.

  8. Very unimpressive for the small fortune this will cost to rent. Just very meh. The rooms are uninspiring, the views are not that great…
