Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 912 Crescent Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Wortman Avenue and Stanley Avenue, the property is closest to the New Lots Avenue subway station, served by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Fahad Fateh of DNF Builders Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 31-foot-tall development will yield 4,423 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 737 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 25-foot-long rear yard.
Maksudur Ashrafee of EBDS Inc. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
