The Summit, a four-story, 750,000-square-foot corporate campus located at 100 Summit Lake Drive in Valhalla, Westchester County, recently announced the expansion of its tenant roster with the signing of three new leases totaling 13,313 square feet.
The new tenants are the Academy of Management, Inc, a professional association dedicated to management and organizational scholars, occupying 6,850 square feet; AI Engineers, a firm known for delivering innovative engineering solutions, leasing 4,207 square feet; and Ronald Johnn, CPA, a firm specializing in tax services for individuals and small businesses, occupying 2,256 square feet.

The campus was built in 1988 and is set on 102 acres of landscaped grounds, offering tenants spaces with views of the woodlands and lakes of the Hudson Valley. Its amenities include a shuttle to White Plains train station, on-site parking, a cafe, and a fitness center.
The Summit is located a short drive from major parkways, and is minutes away from Westchester County Airport. It is also a short drive from the Harlem Line train at the Mount Pleasant station.
