Construction permits have been filed for 100 Boerum Place, a 60,000-square-foot residential building in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Brooklyn-based Brent Buck Architects and developed by Avdoo & Partners Development, the project is slated to begin construction in July on a 17,000-square-foot plot at the corner of Boerum Place and Pacific Street.

The project is Avdoo’s fourth active venture in Brooklyn.

100 Boerum Place is located steps from stops for the B61 and B63 bus lines and within walking distance of the A, C, F, G, R, 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains, offering convenient transportation access across the city.

“We’re excited to be taking the next step in bringing our vision for this project to life in one of Brooklyn’s most sought-after neighborhoods,” said Shlomi Avdoo, CEO and founder of Avdoo & Partners Development. “A site of this scale is extremely rare in Brownstone Brooklyn and creates a great opportunity for us to introduce a substantial new residential offering at 100 Boerum Place with thoughtful design and amenities that are an extension and reflection of Cobble Hill’s distinct character.”

The fifth investment will follow, but I’ll have to wait and see this project first: Thanks.

  4. Not to sound snarky, but this is in Boerum Hill, thus the street name Boerum.
