Designed by Oleg Ruditser and developed by Oscar Kitsis under the Dupont Management LLC, the structure yields eight residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are two units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $74,880 to $198,250.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, gated access, virtual doorman, common area Wi-Fi, and an outdoor terrace. Units come with high-speed internet, dishwasher, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, patio or balcony, and name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, and gas including gas stove, heat, and hot water.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,184 for incomes ranging from $74,880 to $165,230, and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,443 for incomes ranging from $83,760 to $198,250.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than February 19, 2024.
