Permits have been filed for a four-story school building at 257 Kings Highway in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located between West 8th Street and West 9th Street, the lot is one block from the Kings Highway subway station, serviced by the N train. Yecheskel Halberstam of Applied ABC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 63-foot-tall development will yield 22,831 square feet designated for community facility space. The school will serve students in kindergarten through 12th grade. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, a cafeteria, and a rooftop gym.

Vincent Martineau Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
