Developed by Blue Sea Development Company and Gilbane Development Company, the structure yields 153 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 80 units for residents at 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $72,000 to $167,570.

Amenities include indoor and outdoor fitness centers, an on-site resident manager, shared laundry room, community facility space, and a private outdoor recreation area. Residences come with video intercoms, USB outlets, energy-efficient appliances, and smart Wi-Fi thermostats. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including air conditioning and cooking range.

At 50 percent of the AMI, there are 57 studios with a monthly rent of $0 for incomes ranging from $0 to $56,500, and 23 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $0 for incomes ranging from $0 to $63,550.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than February 9, 2024.
