The affordable housing lottery has launched for 26-12 4th Street, a seven-story residential building in Astoria, Queens. Designed by NDKazalas Architecture and developed by Sohel Munnaf of 23-16 4th Street LLC, the structure yields 22 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $72,000 to $167,570.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, a garage, elevator, and rooftop terrace. Residences come with floor-to-ceiling windows, recessed lighting, hardwood floors, washers and dryers, dishwashers, air conditioning, intercoms, high-speed internet, and name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are seven one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,550 for incomes ranging from $87,429 to $165,230.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than November 24, 2023.
