Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 4730 Richardson Avenue in Wakefield, The Bronx. Located between East 241st Street and East 242nd Street, the lot is one block north of the Wakefield–241 Street subway station, served by the 2 train. Yona Unsdorfer of Yu Holdings Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 44-foot-tall development will yield 7,388 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 16 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 492 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Navkiran Cheema of KMA Designs LLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
