Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 1722 84th Street in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Located between 17th Avenue and Bay 16th Street, the lot is within walking distance of the 18th Avenue subway station, serviced by the D train. Igor Nestor of WNS Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 39-foot-tall development will yield 14,134 square feet, with 9,899 square feet designated for residential space and 4,234 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 11 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 899 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 33-foot-long rear yard, and nine enclosed parking spaces.

Simino Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in October for the two-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
