Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 1688 East 18th Street in Homecrest, Brooklyn. Located between Kings Highway and Quentin Road, the lot is two blocks from the Kings Highway subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Asaf Haimoff is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 13,283 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 19 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 699 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and four open parking spaces.

NA Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in February 2022 for the three-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
