  1. wow actual affordable income linked housing

  2. yes this are needs affordable housing, and its truly affordable housing, but again, its in a undesirable neighborhood not to mention high crime, etc, but they won’t put those AMI income/rent in better off neighborhoods, affordable housing segregation policy

  3. Yes affordable rents finally (and even lower) but look @ neighborhood & surroundings!😩 However, these apts. will help those in need.

  4. Kudos to Honorable Inez BARRON and Councilmember Charles BARRON on creating the guidelines truly affordable housing. Believe they really did an amazing job in keeping gentrification from taking over this side of East New York!💪🏾👏🏾

It’s about time to improve the area and a very good start

  6. Hopefully it will improve the area because the area is trash. Prostitution, encampments, gun violence, assaults, burglarizing, etc. are through the roof and have been forever in this neighborhood.

  7. I moved in dec1 2022 and the area is what you make it.. ( I am white male) stop being so scared od what you hear about a neighborhood. We all people…
