Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 392 Graham Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Jackson Street and Skillman Avenue, the interior lot is near the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Rotem Cohen of On Point Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 7,498 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 937 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

STUDIOSC Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in April 2022. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
