Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 325 Berry Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between South 4th Street and South 3rd Street, the lot is near the Marcy Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and M trains. Richie Herbst of Do Well Management LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 44-foot-tall development will yield 5,395 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 674 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, mezzanine, and a 41-foot-long rear yard.

Lester Katz, NCARB is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. What vacant lot?
This looks like the parking area behind a building.

    • I thought possibly 300 Berry Street on the Church parking lot or that tree infested jungle next to 274 Berry. 325 Berry is undergoing a renovation, but your comment is exactly right.
