Designed by Badaly Architects and developed by Aglin Zefi, the structure yields 20 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $69,429 to $187,330.

Residences feature energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, and intercoms. Tenants are responsible for electricity, which includes stove, hot water, and heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $2,025 for incomes ranging from $69,429 to $138,840; three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,040 for incomes ranging from $69,943 to $156,130; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,292 for incomes ranging from $78,583 to $187,330.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than February 27, 2023.

  2. Looks cheap imo. Atleast could have put induction and a smaller fridge. For that much rent, there should be a triple pane tilt and turn windows with mini split.

  4. The park down the block makes this a very good bargain you’ll moving into a close knit community with adequate schools near by with transportation in the area. Carbieannn community mixed with Latino community. With hospitals in the area. Can’t miss with this opportunity.

  6. this isn’t affordable housing but income linked housing and is a taxpayer subsidy for millionaire developers.
    What a joke to call this affordable. This is for upper middle income and high income people not the low income people of Brooklyn.
