Designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by Zohar Zauber under the 627 Franklin Avenue LLC, the structure yields ten residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $111,498 to $187,330.

Amenities include bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, package lockers, virtual doorman, and a rooftop terrace. Inside residences, kitchens feature name-brand countertops and finishes, energy-efficient appliances, and a dishwasher. Other finishes include hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. Tenants are responsible for electricity which includes heat, and gas including stove and hot water.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,252 for incomes ranging from $111,498 to $187,330.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than February 16, 2023.

    This is INCOME LINKED HOUSING. This is only affordable to upper income people and not the low income people of nyc.
    This is a joke and a taxpayer subsidy to millionaire developers.
