Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 86-05 Britton Avenue in Elmhurst, Queens. Located between Gleane Street and Forley Street, the lot is two blocks from the 82nd Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Huo Jin Liu under the HNJ Britton LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 7,900 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 790 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and one enclosed parking space.

Li Architect Associate is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in August for the two-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
