Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 310 North 7th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Meeker Avenue and Havemeyer Street, the lot is one block from the Metropolitan Avenue subway station, serviced by the G train. Yisroel Greenfeld is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 13,784 square feet, with 13,444 square feet designated for residential space and 340 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 672 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have ten enclosed parking spaces.

Diego Aguilera Architects P.C. is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in January for the one-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
