Permits have been filed for a 16-story residential building at 95-25 Waltham Street in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 95th Avenue and 97th Avenue, the interior lot is within walking distance of the Sutphin Boulevard-Archer Avenue-JFK Airport subway station, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. Jay Lau of 31 Waltham Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 158-foot-tall development will yield 39,923 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 52 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 767 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 15 enclosed parking spaces.

Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in November 2021. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
