Residence Two, the larger of the pair, measures 2,330 square feet and includes two roof terraces, in addition to a private balcony. This property was originally listed at $1.6 million.

Both homes offer two bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, chef-style kitchens, copper accents, and oversized windows to maximize the flow of natural light.

“While it’s always exciting to celebrate the 100-percent sold milestone, the full sell out of 533 Throop is particularly significant considering the intensity of the past year,” said Robert Earl, co-founder of The InHouse Group, the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the condominium. “A project’s success hinges not only on its ability to resonate with ever-changing buyer preferences and preferred lifestyles, but also on the strength of the team behind it.”

  1. This is not Stuyvesant Heights, It’s in Bed Stuy, 2 blocks from my house. I lived here since 1980. Y’all need a map or y’all do this willfully. Correct your error

  2. I know Throop Avenue for years. I grew up in area. Who the heck spent millions on these condominiums 🤫

  3. Wish the outside looked as slick as the inside. Looks like barf, especially with context.
