According to the filing, the property is owned by Michael Speiser of The Speiser Organization under the Speiser LP. A 17,023-square-foot, three-story building on the site currently houses Mount Sinai Beth Israel Methadone Clinic. The 34-foot-tall structure was built in 1925.
No new construction permits have been filed and it is unclear what the Westchester-based real estate management company will do with the site.
