Located at the intersection of Fox Street and Westchester Avenue, the lot is also addressed 1016 Fox Street. Steps from the site is the Simpson Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. 1000 Westchester Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
