Construction is now underway on the second phase of Bay 151, a multi-building residential complex in Bayonne, New Jersey. Located at 151 Centre Street, the three-phase development will introduce over 600 rentals, 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, and 10,000 square feet of retail space.
Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, residences throughout Bay 151 range from studios to three-bedrooms, many of which include private balconies. This latest phase specifically includes the construction of a four-story rental building that will comprise 213 apartments. Phase one of development included a 200-unit rental property that is now more than 85 percent occupied.
Phase three is expected to be completed by late 2021.

On-site amenities include an outdoor deck with dining area, grilling stations, and a large swimming pool. Indoor communal amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a library, co-working space, multiple lounges, a billiards room, a media room, a demonstration kitchen, and a children’s playroom. Residents will also have access to an enclosed parking structure, a car wash, and complimentary shuttle service to the Grove Street PATH station.
The Marketing Directors have been retained as the exclusive leasing and marketing team for Bay 151. Available studios completed in the first phase of development are priced beginning at $1,750 per month. Pricing has not yet been released for the forthcoming residences at Bay 151.
