Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 205 Cabrini Boulevard in Fort George, Manhattan. Located between West 181st Street and West 187th Street, the interior lot is closest to the 181st Street subway station, serviced by the A train. Yisroel Eckstein under the Gold Chip Ventures LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 19,928 square feet, with 18,154 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 21 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 864 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 19-foot-long rear yard.

Jeff Akerman of Rise Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
