Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 373 Palmetto Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Irving Avenue and Ridgewood Place, the lot is steps from the Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenues subway station, serviced by the M and L trains. Elad Ben-Kimon under the 373 Palmetto LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 7,235 square feet, with 5,421 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 677 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 40-foot-long rear yard.

Arnold Montag of AM/PM Design is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
