Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 204 Withers Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Graham Avenue and Humboldt Street, the interior lot is four blocks from the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Mateusz Rostek under the 204 Withers Residence LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 7,436 square feet, with 4,962 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 708 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 33-foot-long rear yard, but no accessory parking.
Suresh Manchanda’s Flushing-based L&C Associates is the architect of record.
