Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 431 Warwick Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Pitkin Avenue and Belmont Avenue, the interior lot is four blocks west of the Shepherd Avenue subway station, serviced by the C train. Salvatore Inzerillo under the Warwick Street Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 64-foot-tall development will yield 7,121 square feet, with 6,879 square feet designated for residential space and 242 square feet for commercial space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 687 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 32-foot-long rear yard.

Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
