Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 97 Varet Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Graham Avenue and Humboldt Street, the interior lot is a short walk to the Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the J and M trains. Ceskey Landau under the Bridge Building LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 8,820 square feet, with 7,537 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 753 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a mezzanine, rooftop, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

ND Architecture & Design is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
