Permits have been filed for two four-story residential buildings at 645-647 Madison Street in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Stuyvesant Avenue and Malcolm X Boulevard, the adjacent interior lots are three blocks west of the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Infinity Properties is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall developments have eight units apiece, as well as cellars and penthouses. 645 Madison Street will yield 7,227 square feet, with 5,298 square feet designated for residential space and an average unit scope of 662 square feet. 647 Madison will span 10,972 square feet, of which 7,699 square feet will be allotted to residential space with an average of 962 square feet per unit. It is likely both buildings will be rentals.

Robert Bianchini of ARC Architecture Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in October 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
