Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 2069 Honeywell Avenue in West Farms, The Bronx. Located between East 179th Street and East 180th Street, the interior lot is a short walk to the West Farms Square-East Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. A. Biller under the 2069 Honeywell LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 40,671 square feet, with 35,554 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 51 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 697 square feet.
