Located at the intersection of Woodpoint Road and Jackson Street, the corner lot is a short walk to the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Krzysztof Rostek under the 211 Jackson LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 5,959 square feet, with 4,976 square feet designated for residential space.
