Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 239 East 28th Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Cortelyou Road and Clarendon Road, the interior lot is a couple blocks west of the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Ilkay Muhittin under the Strong Construction LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 4,542 square feet, with 4,371 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 728 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Citiscape Consulting is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in September 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
