Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 17 Dodworth Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Broadway and Bushwick Avenue, the lot is near the Myrtle Avenue subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Robert Matatov under the 17 Gabe Iza LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 49-foot-tall development will yield 7,777 square feet, with 6,500 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 722 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 34-foot-long rear yard.

Nashat Ibrahim of Queens-based NMI Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
