Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 456 Cyrus Place in Belmont, The Bronx. Located between Park Avenue and Third Avenue, the interior lot is three blocks south of the Fordham Metro-North station and a short walk from the Fordham Road subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Hershel Rosenfeld under the JR Rose LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 73-foot-tall development will yield 15,365 square feet, with 12,887 square feet designated for residential space. The masonry-based structure will have 19 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 678 square feet.

P. Georgopoulos Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
