Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 686 Eagle Avenue in Woodstock, The Bronx. Located between East 156th Street and Westchester Avenue, the lot is two blocks from the Jackson Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Louis Calos under the 686 Eagle Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 10,885 square feet, with 8,845 square feet designated for residential space.
