Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 686 Eagle Avenue in Woodstock, The Bronx. Located between East 156th Street and Westchester Avenue, the lot is two blocks from the Jackson Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Louis Calos under the 686 Eagle Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 10,885 square feet, with 8,845 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 13 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 680 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 35-foot-long rear yard.

HCN Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in November of last year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
