Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 3055 Sedgwick Avenue in Kingsbridge Heights, The Bronx. Located between Perot Street and West 231st Street, the lot is near the 231st Street subway station, serviced by the 1 train. Moshe Zlicha under the Sedgwick Ave NY LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 67-foot-tall development will yield 18,029 square feet, with 14,834 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 30 residences, with an average unit scope of 434 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and ten enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits were filed in May of last year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
