Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 2070 Honeywell Avenue in West Farms, The Bronx. The building will have 54 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 681 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, a 44-foot-long rear yard, and six enclosed parking spaces.

  1. Kind and pleasant from the development, although I don’t see design right now. The project appears in relationship with you to be a reporter, and I appear as a reader to continue my following. (Hello New York YIMBY)

  2. Badaly is a hack and a disgrace. I’d almost prefer no new development than new development designed by that imagination-free firm.

  3. NFA I have to agree with you. I have a Badaly project 8feet away from my home. I can always spot a Badaly build. And there are many of them in the Bronx. They all look the same! I think I have seen one other design. I think it’s called franchise building. I invented that name.
