Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 105-31 65th Road in Forest Hills, Queens. Located between Yellowstone Boulevard and 108th Street, the interior lot is six blocks north of the 67th Avenue subway station, serviced by the R train. Neriya Borukhov under the Herkimer Ventures, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 31,006 square feet, with 25,962 square feet designated for residential space and 5,044 square feet for community facilities. It will have 37 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 701 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 11 enclosed parking spaces.

Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
