Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 3013 Barker Avenue in Bronxwood, The Bronx. Located between Dee Avenue and Lester Street, the interior lot is near the Burke Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Moses Freund under the SKMF Queens Management LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 22,744 square feet, with 21,773 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 29 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 750 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar.

Aharon Machlis of AM Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in January 2019 for the two-story building on the lot. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
